Melbourne Counselling Service is part of the Crossroads Network in The Salvation Army. We are located primarily in the CBD and provide a number of services to members of the community. All our services are free, confidential and provided by appropriately qualified staff. We accept both professional and self referrals and interpreter services are also available if required.

Melbourne Counselling Service offers a variety of programs. We encompass Gambler’s Help City and Inner North services which include therapeutic counselling, financial counselling, community education and venue support. In addition we also offer generalist therapeutic counselling, Doorways financial counselling (in numerous locations) and Currawong youth sexual assault counselling.
Staff: Melbourne Counselling Service staff consist of a mix of multidisciplinary professionals with qualifications in psychology, social work, family therapy, financial counselling, public health and workplace training and assessment.
